Since the enactment of Law 3869/2010 (Law Katseli-Over-indebted physical persons) we have dealt with scientific seriousness and social sensitivity with the implementation and interpretation of this law, a fact which, in combination with the constant information and five years of experience, highlighted the Our office as one of the pioneers and successful in this field.
Our office deals with the issues of over-indebtedness of persons, monitors the developments in political, social and jurisprudential level, provides constant information and support to our principals, proposes individualized solutions to the problems of over-indebtedness, which it realizes in court or out of court. We have succeeded for all our principals, with final and temporary decisions of justices of the peace throughout Greece, protection of their property and income.
